8.4 Naming

Cables are auto-named from the port type — HDMI-01, ETH-01 — by scanning the names already in use rather than keeping a counter, which would drift on undo and delete. Renumber in the cable settings only touches auto-named cables; a a cable you have named by hand is never rewritten.
