10.1 Adding a rack

+ Rack places one. Its inspector sets the capacity in rack units, the width standard and the front-to-back depth; the outer box is derived from those. The opening faces the rack’s local +Z, and the origin is its bottom-front-left corner, so a rack at floor height stands on the floor.
