4.1 Adding a projector

+ Projector opens the definition picker. It offers what this project already owns, and a read-only catalogue of real machines.

The projector definition picker — Figure 4.1 The picker. Search matches name, brand and model; each row carries a spec line and, where relevant, a badge saying how many are already in the scene.

The bundled catalogue covers 81 Epson bodies with 48 lenses, and 96 Panasonic bodies with about 200 lens entries. It is the same for every user and cannot be edited. Custom Projector gives you a blank machine to fill in yourself — see Chapter 7.
